Will this work on a Tomson center 20” barrel. I want to hold a Burris eliminator. Also because the 460 is a pistol cartridge shot through 20” barrel.

Yes, MPN:55019899 will fit the Encore, Omega and Impact.

Unfortunately this rail will not mount on the T/C Strike, it uses a different mounting pattern. We don't have any rails for the Strike at this time, however the Strike should have come with a weaver rail.
