Will this work with steal case ammo??

The Tiger Rock AR-15 7.62x39 Bolt Carrier Group should cycle steel cased ammunition fine due to the ultra-hard and corrosion-resistant Black Nitride finish which ensures this BCG's continued reliability and precision. Although in cannot be guaranteed as there can be many variations and factors such as bad ammunition.

With the bcg and a ch for 7.62 pistol upper. Will it work with a multi caliber lower receiver?

Yes, as long as your AR is designed to take AK mags and properly index them to the bolt.
