The Timber Creek Outdoors M-Lok Enforcer Vertical Foregrip attaches to MLOK Rails. So yes it will fit an HK MR762A1. It will mount to an available MLOK Slot on the handgurad.

There does not appear to be any M-lok attachment points on the bottom side of the rail that comes with the VR80, so no.

Is this considered an angled foregrip or vertical? Can it legally be used on an AR pistol with 10.5" barrel and arm brace?
