The Timber Creek Outdoors Muzzle Brake Combo .223/5.56 Caliber allows the shooter to run the included muzzle break and then quickly install a blast can to redirect muzzle blast and noise forward without having to remove the muzzle break first. It will not reduce the sound signature.
