Yes, the Bergara B14 is based off the Remington 700 platform, so any compatible trigger is also compatible with the B14, B14 Wilderness, B14 Extreme, B14R and Premier series.

The Timney Triggers Remington 700 Hit Trigger is not a direct fit in the 772. It would require modification to your 772 in order to get the trigger the fit.

Is this the model with a bolt release or not

This has the bolt release spring, the bolt release itself should be separate from the trigger.
