Unfortunately the Timney Triggers Elite Hunter Remington 700 Trigger will not work in a Remington 710.

Remington 710 uses the Remington 700 trigger group, I don't see why it wouldn't work, unless it was a fitment issue with the stock. Remington had a lawsuit for their triggers not being safe, included in that settlement was Remington 710 which was stated to use the same trigger as the 700 to keep the production cost of the gun down.
