If I have both a .270 Win and a 6.5 creedmoor to clean, do I need the .22 cal rod since the .27 cal would be too big to fit the 6.5 creedmoor — 1 Answer

To do both with one rod go with the .22. The .27cal rod has a diameter of .25 so it would be too close. I would also suggest looking that the max force .22cal rod. Will do a wider rand and prevents putting force on the rod with the sliding handle.
