No not this model. They make a model specifically for AR10s.

Is it typical to have increased drag on the BCG with this trigger? I noticed after install my charging handle is more difficult to pull back.

How does the AR 15 version differ from the AR 10 version? I bought he AR 15 version for my AR 10 build before I realized there was one for the AR 10.

The Ar-10 triggers usually have a large pin construction and are not interchangeable.

Does this come with new pins ? I read instructions, tool, but I didn't see anything about new pins?

Hi,
TA triggers do not come with pins as you should have them stock with your AR lower/stock trigger.
If not, unfortunately, you will need to purchase aftermarket pins as well.
