No, you would need an adapter that attaches to the round carry handle mount that is pictured and then mounts to a picatinny rail. You can use MPN: AC12038 found here:

It would be a fine option, but you would need an adapter to mount to the top rail as this comes from Trijicon with just the carry handle mount.

Yes, it is designed to mount in the carry handle. It comes with the carry handle screw and washer.

LaRue makes multiple mounts for the ACOG, it appears that the LaRue LT100, LT105 and LT681 are compatible.
