It will vary by the individual using it, as no two peoples astigmatism is exactly the same.

I have astigmatism, and this is one of the better dots i have found, not perfect but nothing is going to be. way better than most of whats out there. I own two and am looking to buy another if that answers your question.

This appears to be a high quality, but typical red dot scope, which is not helpful if you have an astigmatism. You should look into 1x prism type scopes, as the reticle is not reflected and likely includes a diopter which allows you to adjust the sight to best suit your individual eyesight.

I have bad astigmatism and noticed the red dot looking through the lens is shaped like a star out of focus. I thought it may be a bad lens or smudge or something. It was brand new out of the box and didn’t see anything wrong either. So I decided to use my iPhone 14 camera and on the screen it was a perfect dot! Now if only I could rig my phone up as a view finder…
