The Trijicon 30 mm Steel AccuPoint Rifle Scope Rings in the extra high height have a 1.341" height above the rail. Intermediate height rings are 1.051" above the rail, and standard height rings are 0.95" above the rail. The extra high rings would be your closest option. But I would just recommend using a dedicated AR15 scope mount like the Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount which is designed for the AR15 platform to provide a proper head position and an extra 2" of eye relief.
