What is the height?

Trijicon does not provide the height of their Rifle Scope Colt Knob Mount. Trijicon recommends that this scope mount be used with 1-8x28 AccuPower Scopes. I'd recommend reaching out to Trijicon directly for more information.

With no carry handle will front sight be in the way of view ?

No, this mount is designed to sit at lower 1/3rd co-witness height, so while the iron sights will be visible in the lower part of the optic view, they will not obstruct the reticle.
