Do these have the mounting bosses for an RMR? It doesn't show that they do in the stock photo but the newer models on the Trijicon website have them

Can this be mounted directly to picatinny rail?

No, these models will require a base like the TA51 or something similar that is compatible with the 4x32 ACOGs.

What is the difference ta01a and the ta01b. I am mounting on a colt ar15 a4 20" long rifle.

The TA01A is meant for .223/5.56 rifles and the TA01B is meant for .308/7.62.
