Does this scope have the ability to set the zero so you can return to your sight in zero without going by it?

Yes, this riflescope has turrets with a resettable zero and return to zero elevation and windage stop.

Will a zrodelta work for a mount on this scope? Do you have recommendations for other mounts?

Model 1900033 says the clicks are in MOA, the answer to the previous customer’s question said it would be in MILS. I want MILS, what “click” is it?

Depending on which model you get they have options for MOA or Mil.

Trijicon website says the MIL reticle scope (RS30-C-1900033) has MIL adjustment, not MOA. Can you confirm this. Your description says MOA adjustment.

There are both MOA and MRAD model reticles on this page, the MRAD models like MPN: RS30-C-1900033 have MIL turrets and the MOA models have MOA turrets.
