The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope w/Dual Illumination could be used on an AR10 in 6.5 Creedmoor. However, these models have the 5.56/.223 BDC reticle, you may want to use the models at the link below with a 6.5 Creedmoor.

Which one to buy for an 11.5” 5.56 SBR?

The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope w/Dual Illumination has a reticle designed for use with .223/5.56. If your SBR is chambered in .223/5.56 then any of these Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope w/Dual Illumination models will work.

I have a 16"barrel with a 1/7 twist. I use 62 grain and 55 grain, will this work in conjunction with the BDC reticle?

Yes, the Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope BDC reticle will work fine with that barrel and weight bullet. The manufacturer states the following in regards to bullet weight and barrel length with their BDC reticle. "The real issue is not the bullet weight or barrel length, but muzzle velocity, ballistic coefficient, and the distance from height above bore. The difference in trajectory from bullet to bullet or barrel to barrel is usually less than the MOA thickness of the stadia lines."
