Can you specify the year of manufacture, so I can estimate when the tritium element will require replacement?

Trijicon is excellent with their lifetime warranty. If the tritium goes dim, send it in and get it replaced. Easy.

Yes, the Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Red Dot Scope w/ Center Amber Crosshair will work on a Smith and Wesson M&P10. The Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Red Dot Scope w/ Center Amber Crosshair has a .308 Ballistic reticle design for use with AR10 rifles chambered in .308.

Yes and RMR can be mounted to the Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Red Dot Scope. You would need this mount:

this particular scope is designed for the 308 win ballistics. there are a lot of other optics that would provide a better solution. good luck.

Would this .308 model be acceptable on a rifle chambered for 7.62×39mm? The Trijicon official site lists a .308/7.62 model, does that include this?

It will not work with 7.62x39. This reticle is designed to be used with .308 or 7.62x51.

Can I run this on a WC protector 300 HAM'R rifle?

You could, but the reticle is not going to match up for the bullet drop compensation for .300. This reticle is meant for .308/7.62x51.
