The Trijicon Beretta PX4 Compact 3 Dot Green Front and Rear Night Sight Set is only compatible with Compact PX4 models. The Sub Compact PX4 actually uses standard (Full Size) PX4 compatible sights, such as the Trijicon Beretta PX4 HD Night Sights which can be found by using the link below:

How do they perform in daylight?

Tritium does not glow in the light, but the white outlines around the tritium still make these easy to pick up quickly in daylight.
