Is this one the 0 moa cant or 2moa cant? The one on Trijicons website says that the 1.125" rail says it's a 20moa cant but I dont see it n description

Looking at the spec sheet from Trijicon, I see no metion of MOA offsets for any of their scope mounts.

If I were to use this mount on a scope that has a 56 mm objective lens will there be clearance between my Picatinny rail and the bell of the scope

The Trijicon Bolt Action Mount w/ Q-LOC (MPN:AC22042) has a centerline height of 1.125" and will fit an objective lens up to 56mm. MPN:AC22043 will only fit up to a 42mm objective. For the 30mm models, MPN:AC22044 will fit up to a 56mm objective, while MPN:AC22045 only fits up to a 42mm lens.
