Do these fit the VP9-OR Optics Ready?

The Trijicon H&K .45C/P30 3-Dot Night Sights are not compatible with optics ready model VP9's. I would recommend the XS Sight Systems R3D Night Sights, found by using the link below:

How do i pick which color tritium I would want them in?

These sights are only offered with different color tritium in the rear sights. They are offered in green (standard), orange (O), or yellow (Y). When looking at the part numbers, if they have just the part number they are green, if they have a "O" or a "Y" in the back they are either yellow or orange.
