Will these sights work on a g19 with Acro p2? Are they “suppressor height”?

The Trijicon HD XR Night Sights Set is not compatible with MOS Model Glocks, they are also not suppressor height.

Will trigicon hd xr sites fit my colt 45 combat elite?

These Trijicon HD XR Night Sights are for Glocks and will not fit a Colt 45 Combat Elite. However, the Trijicon sights at the link below will work for that 1911.

The Trijicon HD XR Night Sights will fit your non MOS Glock 19 as well. They fit 17MOS, 19MOS, 34MOS, 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38 and 39.

Since these are intended for standard Glocks, are they wider than the glock 43x/48 slim-frame?

These are meant for the full size Glock MOS models and the sights are not the proper height for the 43x/48.
