These Trijicon Heavy Duty Night Sights do not fit MOS models of the Glock 43, 43x etc. You can use the AmeriGlo Trooper Pistol Tritium Night Sights, which wont be a co-witness height (lower 1/5) but will fit your MOS Glock 43x. They can be found by using the link below:
