What part do I need to make the Red Dot and Magnifier 1/3 co-witness?

The 3X magnifier includes a spacer to allow you to set it at a lower 1/3 co-witness height. For the MRO, you will need to purchase a lower 1/3 co-witness mount, like the Geissele Super Precision MRO Series Scope Mount linked below:

The Trijicon 3X Magnifier has spacers that allow it to be adjusted to a lower 1/3 co-witness height.

Does this magnifier flip off to the right or left when not needed without using a quick release?

The magnifier in the Trijicon MRO HD 1x25mm Red Dot Sights Combo Set can be mounted to be able to flip to the left or right side.

Hello, is the mount that comes with this product usable with a 3/4" raiser and flip up iron sights?

The Trijicon MRO HD 1x25mm Red Dot Sights Combo Set mount will allow for a full co-witness with standard height sights when mounted to a flat top receiver. If you use a riser it will not be able to co-witness with the front sight.
