To mount a Holosun 507K to an MOS model Glock 43X, you will need to use the C&H Precision Weapons V4 MIL/LEO Adapter Plate. If you do not have an MOS model Glock 43X, you will need to purchase and install the Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount and modify it by removing the rear recoil lugs and shortening the front two lugs.
