What is needed to work on a Glock 43x for this RMR ?

To mount this RMR on your Glock 43X, you will need to use an adapter plate that allows for RMR pattern optics to be installed on your slide. The C&H Precision Weapons V4 MIL/LEO Adapter Plate (linked below) will allow you to mount this optic to an optic ready Glock 43X.

Does the glass on the outside actually look that blue color or is it just the picture?

no that's just a picture for some reason I have one and the glasse more green tint I know it sounds weird because it's a Green Dot but it actually does have a green tint it's a lot more clear than the Red Dot RMR type 2 it's a very good optic definitely worth the price
