Is this scope good for Deer Hunting, set up on a AR-DPMS-308cal.,or on a: M1A-308/7.62-51cal?

It will work, but I would highly recommend looking at options that are higher quality because both of those rifles will have aggressive recoil that should be considered. Cheap optics are nice while they last, but knowing how long they last is the major issue.

With the deltex reticle, does just the chevron illuminate or does everything illuminate in the scope
