What about 300 blackout would this kit be Okay?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Jonathan D., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on September 13, 2019

Yes, it would. However you may want a different buffer weight depending on your ammo selection. The included carbine weight buffer would work well for subsonic ammo, but an H3 buffer would be a better option for supersonic ammo.

Will this fit AR10/LR308? What is the length of this buffer tube?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Jonathan D., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on April 12, 2019

It is a carbine length mil-spec buffer tube which would fit an AR platform 308, however the included buffer and spring would not be correct for 308. Here is a link to a comparable kit that is correct for 308:

Buffer tube has nothing to do with the pistol grip. You need to check if stock is mil-spec or commercial. This is size of outer diameter of buffer tube not a spec/rating. Some buffer tubes are mil-spec and some are commercial. Keep it simple mil-spec stock for mil-spec tube and ofcouse vise versa. Buffer tube in question states that is mil-spec size.
