I see the same SKU showing with a 3 QD mounts (one in the center) on tother websites. And I have one of those. Do they still make those?

It has two attachment points for quick detach swivels.

Will this work on a ar10 Genesis 12 to be exact?

This mount is designed to fit standard AR-15 and AR-10/LR-308 pattern rifles with a mil-spec carbine receiver extension, but I am not sure whether it specifically fits the AR10 Genesis 12 model.

Will this attach the SA saint ?

Yes, it will as long as your Saint uses a standard AR end plate. This replaces the end plate on an AR that uses a standard buffer tube. This will not work with AR's that have a fixed stock that doesnt use an end plate.

This comes with both the sling mount and the QD swivel.

does this work on a standard ar15 stock

It replaces the standard AR15 carbine receiver end plate. If you do not have a carbine buffer tube like a fixed A2 stock it will not work.
