Does this product come with the wrench ?

The Troy TRX 308 DPMS Barrel Nut does not include a wrench, it is designed to replace the barrel nut for Troy Industries TRX Extreme LR-308 series rails for DPMS LR-308 style rifles.

Will this work with an Aero Precision standard M5 upper receiver?

This will work as Aero Precision uses a DPMS patterned Upper.
