How is the muzzle device fixed on the barrel?

The Troy Upper Receiver Kit w/ SOCC BattleRail & Sights uses a Troy Medieval Flash Suppressor with 1/2x28 TPI. It is not pinned/welded and can be removed and replaced with whatever muzzle device you choose.
