No, TruGlo states the TFX Pro and TFX line are not currently compatible with P365.

I was sold a set from a dealer that said they would fit the Sig 365. However the gunsmith who installed them for me said he had to carefully grind material off the rear sight to make them fit my 365.

They just came out with a specific part number for the p365, so far the only place that has them truglo
