No, TruGlo states the TFX Pro and TFX line are not currently compatible with P365.

What is the difference between the #6 and #8 sight size?

The actual difference is very small and you can use varying sizes to adjust your sight picture, but the Sig standard is that you use #8 / #8 for 9mm or .357 and #6 / #8 for S&W40 or 45ACP.

Do you have a Truglo TFX Pro sight set to fit a Sig Saur P320 M-16 pistol? The Illustration of the sights that I see appear to be for a dovetail cut.

If the CSMR is referring to a Sig P320 Optics Ready Pistol, TRUGLO does not offer sights. Not familiar with a P320 M-16 Model pistol.
