Would this fit an old Safariland 6004 holster?

The True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter fits all “three hole” pattern Safariland type holsters, and other brands of holster that use this proven method of attachment.

Do you have to have a quick detach or can a safariland holster bolt right to it. All pictures show a quick release used.

Any holster that uses Safariland's 3 hole pattern can be mounted directly without the QLS system. The kit includes the hardware to do so.
