No, the True Precision Sig P320 Compact 3.9in Axiom Cut Slide is cut for optics that share the Trijicon RMR footprint. The Holosun SCS MOS is designed to fit MOS cut slides. You will be able to fit optics like the Holosun 407C, 507C, 508T, Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, Trijicon RCR, Ameriglo Haven and more.

The True Precision Sig P320 Compact 3.9in Axiom Cut Slide w/RMR Optic Cut will not work with the P250 40S&W.

The barrel at the link below should work with a Sig P365X Macro as long as it is the 3.7" barrel model and not the compensated model.

The True Precision Sig P320 Compact 3.9in Axiom Cut Slide is NOT compatible with .45 model P320 pistols. It will only work with 9mm P320 standard Compact, XCarry, and M18 pistols.
