True Precision makes no mention of whether they have "rated" this barrel for +P or +P+ ammunition. You would need to reach out to them directly to verify your question.

Their threaded barrel for the S&W Shield is rated for +P, as long as it's factory new SAAMI spec +P, so I would assume this unthreaded barrel is too.
