True Precision states that factory loaded SAAMI Spec +P ammunition can be used with there parts but should be used in moderation. There parts are not compatible with +P+ or ++P ammunition.

This is the answer I received from a text message exchange with the True Precision folks:
"They can use FACTORY NEW +P. No reloads, no used components/brass, and NOT what's called "+P+" or "++P" high-pressure ammo. Also, keep in mind smaller pistols will wear/get beat up quicker with excessive use of hot ammo vs larger/heavier handguns. We always recommend conservative use."
