The Truglo Sight-Line Red Laser is designed to fit any handgun with a 1913/picatinny accessory rail. The M&P 9 Shield does not have a picatinny rail and would not fit this laser. I'd recommend the Viridian Weapon Technologies Essential Red Laser Sight, found by using the link below:
