MOA refers to the size of the dot for a certain optic. So at 100 yards, a 1 MOA dot would cover 1" of the target. At 100 yards, a 5 MOA dot covers 5" of the target etc.

It will mount up without issue, but it will be a low mount and will not be absolute co-witness or lower 1/3 co-witness height.

Do I have to buy any mount to fit in a psa upper?

It will mount up without issue, but it will be a low mount and will not be absolute co-witness or lower 1/3 co-witness height. I would highly recommend getting an option that is meant for an AR.

Will this fit a Weaver rail ?
