The TruGlo Dual-Color Open Red Dot Sight features an integrated weaver style mounting system. So as long as you have a weaver style rail base on your 10/22, it should fit and function as intended.

If you mean "new", as in "unused", yes, the product being sold is new.

If you mean "new" as in "a recently introduced product, no - it has been in production for 5 years or so.

How do you change the battery? How do you operate this sight?

To replace the battery, rotate the battery cover counter-clockwise and remove. Insert the replacement battery with “+” side
