These "do not" fit the Sig P365 without making modifications (filing, machining, etc., but it can be done if you're comfortable with that). However, according to the TruGlo product Rep I spoke to, a model for the P365 is coming out this summer 2021. Model number will be: TG13SG4A. (#6 front green w/white circle, #8 rear green). Rep suggested to keep checking their website from May through August for the arrival of this model. I have these sights on 3 other handguns and they are awesome, the green/white front sight just pops! If you're going to mount them yourself, I suggest waiting for the new model that fits the P365 properly. Brad
