I have a AR-15 223. Can I use 5.56. And, what is a Bolt Carrier Group?

The TRYBE Defense AR-15 5.56 Complete Bolt Carrier Group will work in an AR15 chambered in .223. If your AR is chambered in .223 you cannot shoot 5.56 but if your AR is chambered in 5.56 you can shoot .223. The guide below will explain in more detail. The Bolt Carrier Group is the housing (Carrier) that holds the bolt and other components.

The most notable advantage is a lighter bolt carrier, which translates to less felt recoil and a lighter overall configuration. Charging handle and trigger should not require modification. Some tuning with gas and/or buffer may be necessary, but not always. It largely depends on the weapon you are using
