9/7/25 Initial Review: wanted to cycle 50 boxes of ammo (in my Springfield Armory Saint Victor 5.56 NATO 7.5” Pistol) before I rendered my unbiased opinion. Obviously, Springfield’s OEM charging handle (“C.H.”) and safety selector (“S.S.”) works as designed. However, it’s important to note that I do not have large hands/fingers and my hands/fingers are riddled with arthritis (from years of physical abuse), so finding parts that work within the limitations of my hands/fingers are what drive my purchase/use rationale. When comparing (in terms of feel/functionality, build quality and aesthetics) the Radian components to the Springfield OEM parts, the Radian components are vastly superior. When charging the BCG with the Radian CH, I definitely appreciate the feel and flow of the Radian C.H. I had to mortar the pistol once during the course of these “review” rounds, and the larger handle was definitely appreciated during this process. You youngsters will appreciate having a larger handle when you get older! And for my fingers, the Radian S.S. is also easier to navigate than the OEM S.S.
For this DIY’r enthusiast, install was straightforward and painless. Not only do I like how these parts feel and operate, they do look more menacing than the OEM parts.
Currently in the process of building two 300 Blackout pistols (7.5” and 10”) and two 300 Blackout carbines (14” and 16”) , and will definitely be buying these components for these upcoming builds.
I have a Holosun H510C-GR and then mounted a Holosun LE117G (laser) on my pistol’s 12 o’clock position. Because the laser sits about 1/8” too high, this HS510C riser plate allowed me to co-witness my H510C’s green dot. I still need another HS510C riser plate for my other pistol (configured with the same Holosun optic and laser).
Was looking to complement (without breaking the bank) my Springfield Saint Victor 7.5” Pistol with a green laser. Currently, my pistol is outfitted with an EOTech EXPS2-0. Mind you, my hardware is limited to home defense, so I opted to forego iron sights. I reviewed a number of YouTube vids and was eventually steered to the above reference.
The LS117G was nearly zeroed (at 50 yards) right out the box. I’m using my EOTech to acquire subjects at no more than 10 yards, and the LS117G for subjects at 11 yards to 100 yards.
It took 15 rounds to zero the laser (at 50 yards). I then cycled another 85 rounds at various distances, and the LS117G maintained its zero the entire time.
During its installation, I separated the pressure pad switch from the bulky housing and used the included Velcro to affix the pressure pad to my hand guard (looks pretty clean, actually). I ordered from O.P. a Unity Tactical MLOK hot button and hope to get it the near to immediate future.
I’ll spend a few weeks with the LS117G, if it continues to perform as it has today, then I will buy another one for my Thureon Defense (10 inch) PCC. So far, though, I couldn’t be more impressed!!
