This drop-in trigger is specifically for AR-15's, it is suggested to use an AR-10 specific drop in for your AR-10.

Yes, the TRYBE Defense AR-15 Curved Drop-In Trigger will work fine with military grade 5.56 ammo.

This trigger is meant for a standard mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver, if that is what your PCC utilizes then it will work.
