Do 9mm compensators like the Zev V2 compensator work on this barrel?

Yes, as the thread pitch on the ZEV V2 is 1/2x28. Just make sure you're using the Gen 1-4 compensator.

Can this Barrel be used in a Glock19 Gen4 to replace the factory barrel, The Upper Build Being a Gen3? Have Both the Glk23 & Glk19 Gen4's

No, these barrels will not fit a Glock 19. While Glock 19, 23, and 32 share the same compact frame size, the barrels are caliber-specific, and the O.D.'s, feed ramp angles, and chamber sizes are different.

Do I need a different spring for this barrel, cause the oem Gen 4 spring does not work with this threaded barrel

No, the TRYBE Defense Glock 23/32 Threaded Conversion Pistol Barrel is only compatible with generations 2, 3, and 4.

Is this rated for high power ammo (+p)?

The TRYBE Defense Glock 23/32 Threaded Conversion Pistol Barrel will be able to handle light amounts of +P ammunition. However, excessive use can cause accelerated wear and pre-mature degradation of the barrel.
