Unfortunately, the Glock 19 barrel is not compatible with the Ruger RXM pistol.

Does this barrel have a fully supported chamber

It does not. Due to the nature of Glock barrel feed ramps, it is impossible to have a fully supported chamber. A small section of the case is left unsupported at the apex of the feed ramp when a round is in the chamber.

Will this fit PSA dagger?

Generally, yes. It will depend on the Dagger you own. PSA advertises that "most Gen 3 Glock 19 slides and barrels can be used on the Compact & Full Size‑Short Dagger frame". During the PSA Dagger design, they essentially built it on a "Glock 19-style pistol" platform. If your Dagger has a "Compact‑X" slide (which is Glock 17‑length overhang on a compact frame) or other variant, a standard Glock 19 barrel may be too short (or too long) and affect function. You should verify that the slide and barrel lengths are compatible (i.e. a standard Glock 19 length slide vs variants). Test the fit and function with dummy rounds and single loads before live fire. Please be alert to signs of binding, feed issues, or poor lockup. If that occurs, you may need a Dagger‑specific barrel or adjust internal parts. I’m confused now....specs state it’s a Gen 3 or 4 but the answers indicate it will only work with a Gen 5 slide. What gives?

This will fit Glock 19 Gen 4 & 3.

TRYBE Defense does not recommend using overpressure P or +P ammunition in TRYBE Barrels.
