It will not, the main difference will be the guide rod style.

I recently purchased a trybe glock 19 gen 5 slide but do not see a trybe slide kit for gen 5. Is this kit compatible?

Because the Gen 5 Glock 19 uses a different recoil spring and guide rod from Gen 3 models, you would need to purchase a Gen 5 specific completion kit, like the Zaffiri Precision Glock 19 Gen 5 Upper Parts Kit (linked below). Or you can purchase this completion kit without the guide rod and purchase a gen 5 guide rod and recoil spring separately.

Will this kit work with your TRYBE Defense Glock 26 Pistol Slide Gen Version 2? If not, then what kit does?

Yes. The TRYBE Defense Slide Parts Completion Kit For Glock 19 will work with the Glock 26 with the exception of the guide rod. All the other components will work for your Glock 26.
