Does this come with the recoil spring?

This kit does not include the recoil assembly. It includes the extractor, extractor pin, extractor pin, extractor spring pin, striker group assembly, and rear slide cap.

Do I need this kit for my p320 M18 or is the Zaffiri Precision RTS Sig P320c ZPS.2 RMR Cut Slide a plug and play setup?

The Zaffiri Precision RTS Sig P320c ZPS.2 RMR Cut Slide is a stripped slide and does not have any internal parts. So you can either use the parts from your original M18 slide or use this completion kit to finish the slide.
