Yes, the Tyrant Designs Glock 19/23 Pistol Magwells will be compatible with Glock magazines that have been limited to 10 rounds.

Does this fit a Glock 45?

The Tyrant Designs Glock 19/23 Pistol Magwell is not compatible with the Glock 45. You should be able to use any Gen 5 magwell designed to fit the Glock 17.

Tyrant Designs does not provide the specifications for the screw used with their Glock 19/23 Pistol Magwells. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Backstrap Configurations will not be compatible with these Tyrant Designs Glock 19/23 Pistol Magwells.
