Is this for the mossberg 590 shockwave?? I can't seem to find one

The Uncle Mike's Mossberg 590/835 Swivel should work for the Mossberg 590 Shockwave. However, the Shockwave already has sling swivel mounts.

No. This Uncle Mike's Magazine Cap Swivel Set is only compatible with the Mossberg 590/835. You can find the QD Super Swivels compatible with your Winchester 1400 by using the following link:
