What’s the difference from the night watchman.?

As far as I can tell this is the Night Watchman. It says Night Watchman on the side of the cane.

The United Cutlery Defense Premium Adjustable Walking Cane can be adjusted by cutting the shaft with a saw. There are grooves on the shaft as a guide for cutting to the proper height.

What is the inside diameter of the hook?

How is it adjustable?

The shaft can be cut with a saw to adjust the height of the cane to suit your needs. Use the convenient grooves on the shaft as a guide. The cane measures 39" overall and instructions are included.
