What is the difference between the SRS Bump Helmet with the USI BOA Harness to the SRD Bump Helmet with the USI X Harness?

The main difference is the BOA retention dial. The X-harness does not include this dial

why is it that "Kurts" size reference is not able to be pulled up ?? How hard can it be for you tell everyone what size fit's what size head ??
